AI technology developers Blackford and Imbio have established a commercial partnership to integrate Imbio's Lung Density Analysis and RV/LV Analysis software into the Blackford Platform.
Lung Density Analysis and RV/LV Analysis are designed to support detection and quantification of findings on chest CT scans using texture mapping algorithms and segmentation techniques, according to Blackford.
The software supports the detection and monitoring of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer, Blackford said.
